Employee Leave Planner, Spanish Phone Support, UKG and Gusto Integrations, and More.

Hi! We’re back with some exciting product updates and an inside look at how we support the full leave journey.

At Tilt, Leave Experience Management (LXM) is built on the belief that leave isn’t a single moment or decision. It’s a journey—one that often begins with planning and coordination, and requires ongoing clarity for employees, HR, and leadership along the way.

LXM brings that journey together through connected tools designed to support every stage of the leave experience, from early planning and in-leave support to post-leave insights.

Leave Planner

For many employees, the leave journey starts with confusion. Questions like “How long can I take?” and “Will I be paid?” often come up before a request is ever submitted. HR teams are left answering these questions while also supporting employees through what can be an emotional time.

Our Leave Planner helps employees to understand their options before they submit a leave request. Directly within Tilt, employees can privately explore parental, medical, and caregiving leave scenarios, view potential benefits and pay sources, and better understand how time away might work for them.

By providing clear insights on an employee’s leave upfront, the Leave Planner reduces confusion, sets better expectations, and removes a significant education burden from HR teams.

Tilley Voice Now Supports Spanish

For many employees, questions go far beyond the planning phase. While on leave, we want to make sure everyone can access support in ways that make the most sense for them. That’s why we’ve expanded the Tilley Voice phone support add-on to include Spanish. Now employees can leverage Tilt’s AI-powered voice agent for 24/7 access to leave support—whether they are starting, updating, or asking about leave. Leave Summary

We believe the best leave experiences are created when HR teams are seamlessly informed with the latest updates that allow them to see critical leave information. That’s why we built our Leave Summary. This gives HR a single snapshot of where an employee is within their leave, and equip them with the critical information needed to gain context, provide support, and make decisions.

From the employee profile, HR can see:

  • Leave type
  • Whether a leave has started
  • Duration of a planned leave
  • Incomplete or overdue employee steps
  • Any documents ready for review

In our Professional tier, Leave Summary gives you the real-time alignment that provides seamless experiences.

HR Reporting Dashboard

HR teams are being asked to do more with leave than just administer it. Our Reporting Dashboard gives HR a clear, real-time view of leave data across your organization. With visual reports on leave types, stages, duration, pay sources, and more, your team can quickly understand trends, identify risks, and prioritize action. 

Built-in filters by time horizon and leave type make it easy to zoom out for strategic insights or drill down into what needs attention today, and status cards highlighting pending actions ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Connect with UKG and Gusto

Leave runs on data. With our newest Gusto and UKG integrations, we help keep employee and leave data in sync. Daily updates to Tilt ensure HR teams have accurate information, helping to reduce manual work and support a smoother leave experience.
