We are truly filling the gap of something that is so important but often times, overlooked. By us providing a service and tackling this issue, we allow companies to breath easy. We take over the heavy lift of knowing FMLA, as well as state programs. We help alleviate the things on a companies HR plate, all while being amazing humans. It's hard to find something as technical as what we do, but also having a very human approach to things
As a passionate public health advocate, supporting employees during life events just makes sense. People, businesses, and communities will be better off and stronger for it. Seriously, this could become a rant, but I'm leaving it here
