No “round robin” style support system where you or your people make a call unsure of who will be on the other end, or if they’ll respond at all.
Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are your dedicated humans whose sole purpose is to ensure that Tilt is making you as successful as possible when it comes to supporting employee leaves of absence. Our CSMs are here to answer all of your LOA related questions and concerns, and typically respond within 24 hours. By contractual agreement they must get back to you within 48 hours of an inquiry.
In addition, Tilt also has an in house legal and compliance team, and payroll specialists who work with our CSMs directly to help navigate any additional questions you or your employees may have.
Tilt provides every employee you have that’s going on leave with a 1-1 Leave Success Manager (LSMs) who is there to guide your employees throughout their entire leave journey. If Tilt’s platform is the body of our leave management solution, our LSMs are the heartbeat.
From reminding your employees about important deadlines approaching to working with insurance carriers to get to the bottom of any holdups, LSMs are there every step of the way. LSMs are known for their lightning-quick response times and usually your employees will get a response to any inquiry within a few hours. If not LSMs will respond no later than 24 hours after an inquiry has reached their inbox.

Tilt also provides a searchable in-platform database of resources to provide you and your employees with in-depth information on most leave-related inquiries. Have a question about FMLA? Type it in the “Search Help Articles” dialogue box and get your learn on. What about a specific question about San Francisco’s Paid Parental Leave Ordinance? It’s all in there.
Tilt recognizes that some employees prefer a self-serve model when it comes to gathering information, and if those employees have further questions they’re one message away to their LSM.
