Tilt, PaidLeave.ai, & Moms First

At Tilt, we are ecstatic about the recent release of PaidLeave.ai by Moms First and find it inspiring for a few reasons:

  • It highlights the necessity and excitement in paid leave;
  • It offers a new and valuable tool in helping connect families to the resources they need;
  • It emphasizes the impact AI will have in the leave management space and reiterates the speed and urgency behind the development of leave management software.
It’s wonderful that this tool will bring more awareness to the availability of state programs and benefits.  Additionally, the complexity of the leave of absence space extends far beyond just state programs and benefits that vary from state to state.  It’s a stark reminder of the importance of comprehensively supporting employees who take leave through resources that provide accurate, detailed answers to their questions when they are making their leave decisions.

Founded in 2017, Tilt currently utilizes AI to integrate human intelligence into our systems and automated processes, and it powers the core of our knowledge engine as part of our holistic approach to leave of absence management.

As we continue to make progress in the intelligence that drives our software, enabling faster and more optimized benefits decisions for all states and all leave types, our Leave Success Managers continue to offer support during life altering moments.

It’s also important to note that the necessity behind PaidLeave.ai stems from an unfamiliarity of leave-related benefits and difficulties in navigating the processes.  By continuing our development of features that make leave easier to manage for HR, we open the door to more employees looking for the help they need by alleviating the challenges companies face in managing leave and providing access.

We express our deep appreciation for the partnership between Reshma Saujani, Founder and CEO of Moms First, and Sam Altman at OpenAI.
