Of course, every superhero duo has an origin story.
As Tilt’s notoriety as experts in the leave of absence space began to grow, we realized we had an opportunity to help a number of existing customers who were currently using Workday in a special way.
After exhaustive research and testing, we determined that the best approach to support employees on leave using Workday was a bespoke solution built through Workday directly.
In December of 2022, the wheels for a partnership were put into motion when we approached Workday to partner on an integrated leave management solution.
Our fate was set and the days of substandard leave of absence processes were officially numbered.
After being accepted into their innovation partnership program in 2023 we then got to work building the integration architecture and design internally, leveraging insights from our shared customers
Now that the integration has been approved and rolled out to customers as an official part of Workday’s Partnership Marketplace, our customers can begin experiencing an elevated leave management experience today.
Our story has only just begun, of course, as we continue to build and enhance the integration based on shared customer needs.
